Welcome to Lintio Ltd (“we”, “our”, “us”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of all websites, software, APIs, and digital products provided by Lintio Ltd (collectively, the “Services”).
By using our Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately.
1. Overview
Lintio Ltd is a software company that builds and delivers digital solutions, including APIs, web and mobile applications, and other software-based tools. We do not provide consulting, coaching, legal, or advisory services. All of our offerings are centered around software products, SaaS applications, and API integrations that customers can subscribe to or license for their own use.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement.
If you are using the Services on behalf of a business, you confirm that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
3. Accounts and Access
Some Services require you to create an account. You agree to:
Provide accurate and complete information.
Keep your login credentials secure.
Be responsible for all actions taken under your account.
Lintio Ltd may suspend or terminate accounts found to be fraudulent, inactive, or in violation of these Terms.
4. Scope of Services
Our software products and digital solutions may include, but are not limited to:
a. API Development and Integration – creation and maintenance of APIs for developers and businesses to connect to our software products.
b. Web and Mobile Applications – development and deployment of SaaS platforms, dashboards, and mobile applications.
c. Hosting Configuration and Deployment – setup and optimization of cloud or hosting environments for software products.
d. Custom Software Solutions – building and licensing digital tools tailored to client needs, governed by written agreements.
e. Technical Documentation – preparing developer and user documentation related to our software products.
f. Security Assessments (Software-Only) – evaluation of application code or configurations for best-practice alignment.
g. Technical Support – troubleshooting, maintenance, and assistance specifically for Lintio software and API users.
All activities are software-related and do not constitute consulting or human services.
5. Project Engagements
For any custom development work or project-based services:
A written proposal or contract will define deliverables, milestones, and payment terms.
Work begins once the required deposit or first payment is received.
Client delays or missing information may extend delivery timelines.
Payments are non-refundable once development has begun unless otherwise stated in writing.
6. Subscriptions and Ongoing Services
For API or software subscription plans:
Fees must be paid according to the selected plan.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before renewal.
Payments are non-refundable for partial billing periods.
Lintio Ltd may suspend access for non-payment or misuse.
7. Payments and Billing
All fees must be paid in the currency and method stated on your invoice or checkout page.
You are responsible for any transaction or exchange-rate fees.
Late or failed payments may result in suspension or termination of access.
8. Intellectual Property
All source code, designs, and documentation remain the property of Lintio Ltd until full payment is received.
Upon full payment, ownership of deliverables transfers to the client as stated in the applicable agreement.
All trademarks, logos, and proprietary assets of Lintio Ltd remain our exclusive property.
9. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to protect all confidential information — including business data, credentials, and project materials — and not disclose it to third parties except where required by law.
10. Service Availability
We strive to maintain high uptime and reliability but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation.
Lintio Ltd may modify, suspend, or discontinue any Service at any time, with or without notice.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
Lintio Ltd is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including loss of profits or data).
Our total liability in any claim shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to Lintio Ltd within the past 90 days.
12. Disclaimer of Warranties
All Services are provided “as is” and “as available.”
Lintio Ltd makes no warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
13. Termination
You may cancel your subscription or project engagement at any time.
Lintio Ltd reserves the right to suspend or terminate Services if:
You breach these Terms;
Payments are overdue; or
Continued use poses a security, legal, or reputational risk.
Upon termination, any unpaid deliverables and access to software dashboards or APIs may be revoked.
14. Changes to Terms
Lintio Ltd may update these Terms from time to time.
Revised versions will be posted with a new “Last updated” date.
Continued use after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
15. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Jamaica.
All disputes shall be resolved exclusively in Jamaican courts.
