Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using any Lintio Limited service, including lintio.org, ContactVerify, and Stock Buddy, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

2. Services

Lintio Limited provides software development services, API products, and desktop software. Specific terms for individual products may supplement these general terms.

3. Accounts and API Access

If you create an account or receive API credentials, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use our services for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or circumvent any service
• Use our APIs to process data you do not have the right to process
• Overload, scrape, or disrupt our infrastructure
• Resell or sublicense access to our APIs without written agreement

5. Intellectual Property

All content, software, and materials produced by Lintio Limited remain our intellectual property unless explicitly transferred under a written agreement. Client-specific software developed under contract is governed by the terms of that contract.

6. Payment and Refunds

Payment terms are specified in individual service agreements or at point of sale. One-time software purchases (e.g. Stock Buddy) are refundable within 14 days if the software does not function as described.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lintio Limited shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be notified via email or prominent notice.
